This is an independent house, composed of two residential units. Both small houses consist of a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The ground floor house has a small courtyard, and the first-floor house has a sea view terrace. There is also an external laundry room and a cellar and tool storage room. The house is renovated and equipped with a heating/air conditioning system.

The house is located in the village of Crucoli, about 380 meters (approximately 1,247 feet) above sea level and approximately 6 km (approximately 3.7 miles) from the sea.

Crucoli retains a medieval historic center, a maze of alleys and narrow streets, where you can admire the ruins of the ancient Norman castle, the Mother Church of SS Pietro e Paolo, and the Palopoli Palace, now the Town Hall. Positioned a short distance from the Ionian coast, Crucoli's historic center is characterized by its alleys and narrow streets and by its warm and welcoming people. Among the memories left by Crucoli's long history, you can admire an imposing Norman Castle, whose interiors are unfortunately inaccessible.
