This beautiful and detached house is located in Isca sullo Ionio and was built around 200 years ago. All walls are made of stones from the local river. The house is easily accessible from the street where you can park (in front of the door).

The house is 75 square meters and extends over three floors. This is the typical tower style common in all these old village houses. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen-living room and a sea-view terrace for al fresco dining.
